About Davtee Ltd
Led by Managing Director David Nobes, Davtee Ltd is a group of family owned companies.
Originally starting as a residential developer building approximately 300 dwellings and we were nominated for many awards for the quality and design of our properties. We also invested in property and now hold a portfolio of factories and shops throughout the UK.
In 1993 we gained Chartered Building status, which allowed us to offer a unique service to homeowners and professionals with many aspects of their properties.
As founder members of the Association of Environmental Builders, Davtee continues to follow its vision of the sustainable development policy and has contributed to the Parliamentary Diaries TV programme of Building Communities.
Davtee was also the first company to create a Secured by Design housing development which after 15 years still has 75% of its original owners.
